I’m sure you’ve noticed that we’ve been slowly growing WAAS Gallery into We Are All Stars. What was once a gallery that uplifted world-changing artists is now giving women the roots to rise. To rise into their sustainability as artists, to rise into their worth as professionals, and to rise into their own selves, identities, bodies, as is all of our birthright.
What was WAAS Gallery, a place for exhibits of immersive art that celebrates the natural world and how we find ourselves within it, has expanded to include mediums and modalities of community, connection and wellness.
We Are All Stars is the work we have been building towards — a space that helps you cultivate your own curiosity and creativity, as you establish yourself as a leader in your art and impact.
We Are All Learning ✨
My intent has always been to learn from my work, and to make community one of my mediums as an artist. So I pivoted to amplifying my work through learning, shifting inward as I expanded.
There are times as a leader where you must pause, listen to your breath, listen to what’s worked, listen to the places you need to tend to. The past three years have been focused on the slow growth, the deep rooted growth, the growth that will sustain communities amidst challenge and change.
The last time I paused was when I was hit by a drunk driver eight years ago— I lived an out-of-body experience as I forced myself to continue working through the pain. A fear of loosing everything manifested in my body finally shutting down, and I realized how much our culture celebrates the hustle hard, real hard.
After years of practice and receiving a multitude of certifications — which include yoga (200hr-ryt) from Lyengar Yoga Teacher Jenny Hunter, tantra meditation, pranayama and Yoga Nidra with Tracee Stanley and Chanti Tacoronte-Perez— I finally came to a space of softening.
The universe inside me was woken, once again.
In healing, I found the strength of women. In healing-her, the universe brought me back to why I started We Are All Stars in the first place— to create space for myself and other stars to rise and shine.

We Are All Stars is now a home to women redefining their identities, collectively growing from past experiences, and developing immersive art that acts as the foundation for education. By offering a safe space, the gallery provides opportunities for female energy to flourish in an understanding and non-judgmental environment. Our Wellness Services & Creative Business Education, along with our Immersive Art Experiences bridge the gap between health and art for all.
