As Creatives, CEOs, Professional Artists, Activists, and Community Leaders, we mange a lot of intensity. We deserve to pour into ourselves — and what better way than by remembering and learning how movement releases tension and dancing helps us celebrate ourselves!

We had an amazing workshop, learning through the ecstatic medium of movement. Expert on helping women remember how to choose themselves, All-Star Artist and Educator Carly Camargo cultivated a joyful night of community building and, that’s right, twerking.

We LOVED having Carly in our space this October, offering a judgement-free zone where she helped dozens of women feel comfortable in their own skin and shine.
