Plus, the ambiance of candlelight at night will add an extra bonus to your practice. We will see you on your mat for candlelight soon!
01.08.24 Monday
9 am Yin Yoga
Begin your morning with a gentle, deep stretch, pairing your breath to ground into your day.
5 pm Rest to Release
We live in a digital era where we are not given much permission to rest, let alone shut down our senses. Rest to Release is a guided yoga nidra and sound bath meditation to help release stress and tension so you can restore your mind, body, and spirit.
01.09.24 Tuesday
4 pm Yin Restorative
This peaceful class is perfect for mental/physical recovery. I combine practices from restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork to offer a gentle, opening experience. Grab your props, blanket, blocks, and bolsters & come chill out!
5 pm Yoga Nidra Sound Bath
Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a form of guided meditation that is practiced lying down. Through the session, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation through sensory awareness and exploring both the body and the breath. Sound healing is a beautifully potent practice that allows your body to rest on a physical, energetic, and cellular level. By fusing meditation with crystal singing bowls, your mind + body will be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation, melting off any tension or anxiety that may be lingering in your system. Sound baths are an incredible experience of nervous system nourishment + replenishment.
